ON a day when Boro are in action in the ancient city of Rome, here's a glimpse of the future as Super Lee Cattermole models next season's away shirt.

The 17-year-old sensation became the first Boro player to pull on the new-look strip, which he hopes to wear at Old Trafford, Anfield and Arsenal's new Emirates Stadium during the 2006/07 campaign.

The white shirt with blue chestband was the runaway winner of the supporters' vote to choose the new away strip.

It will be launched in the close-season, when it will be available exclusively here on mfc.co.uk and from the two MFC Retail stores.

Boro's new-look home strip will also be launched in early July, giving fans the opportunity to show their true colours on their summer holidays, whether the distinction by the Bahamas, Blackpool, Rome or Redcar!
