HAVE you joined Boro's innovative Boro Pride membership and access scheme for supporters who do not have a season card?

Supporters who join Boro Pride will receive a personalised card that will allow them to access the Riverside turnstiles on matchdays and comes with a whole host of additional benefits.

Paper tickets will become a thing of the past for Boro Pride members as their card will be remotely uploaded when they book a home match either online, by phone or in person.

Sponsored by the lovemiddlesbrough image campaign, the key benefit of a Boro Pride card will be discounted prices on Barclays Premier League home games compared to non-members.

Under-18s will receive a £5 discount per match, adults and over-65s get a £1 discount on each game while Boro Pride members aged 18-21 can save £10 per match in the Riverside's North West and South West corners.

Other benefits of holding a Boro Pride card are:

·Opportunity to book home games before any general sale.

·No fee when booking home games by telephone or online.

·Priority in purchasing away and cup tickets when demand is high after season card holders.

·Free admission to Boro's reserve team home games.

A Boro Pride card for the 2008-09 season is priced just £10 for adults and over-65s and just £5 for under-18s and those aged 18-21.

Middlesbrough Football Club's Chief Operating Officer Neil Bausor said: "Boro Pride offers great benefits to the supporters and to the football club. It is a step towards ticket-free games at the Riverside.

"In the long run, the new card system will allow us to introduce further benefits for loyal supporters, but having a Boro Pride card is now the easiest and most cost-effective way to follow Boro if you don't have a season card.

"Purchasing a season card remains the best value way to follow Boro, but membership of Boro Pride is a must for all fans who are not season card holders."

As with a Riverside season card - introduced 12 months ago - the new system has been developed by Fortress GB in conjunction with Middlesbrough FC. Fortress's other football customers include Wembley, Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, and both Inter and AC Milan.
