JEREMIE ALIADEIRE is loving life as he makes the right-hand midfield role his own - he's enjoying one the best spells of his Boro career.

The 25-year-old Frenchman played in a number of positions last season, but has been predominantly on the right this term, playing all but half an hour of Boro's Premier League action.

"It's a new role but I do enjoy it, I'm learning every week and in training as well," he said. "Obviously you get used to it every day and I do enjoy it."

The former Arsenal man is likely to keep his place for tomorrow's trip to Villa Park as Boro look to extend a three-match unbeaten run.

He said: "We've had a meeting this morning and seen a video of the players they've got and they've got some great players. They've had a hard week but they're a very good side, they're aiming for the top four and it's going to be very difficult for us

"I didn't watch the game on Thursday night but I know they made a few changes and rested a few players.

"They'll probably be a bit tired from the game and the travelling but it's an away win and that will also give them confidence for the game with us tomorrow.

"But we've worked hard and we had a good week last week so hopefully we can keep enjoying life."
