KAREN NELSON - Club Secretary
BACK in 1984 when Karen joined the club, the secretary's job included writing the match programme, ordering for the club shop and wages.
Now she has been promoted from assistant to the secretary, to secretary, and other departments handle those duties, but that doesn't mean her job has got easier.
With responsibility for players contracts and registrations, team travel arrangements, appointment of match officials and transfers among other things, there's never a dull moment.
Karen wasn't a football fan when she first started but she is now!
"Everything I do is geared towards the lads playing on the weekend and you see them every day, so you can't help being a fan," she says.
