The club won the Entertainment Award and Best Family Area in Stadia Award for the hugely-popular Generation Red Family Zone, opened in the East Stand last season.
Chief Operating Officer Mark Ellis gave a presentation at the seminar about the journey to winning the overall honour of Family Club of the Year at the Football League Awards in March.
The GRFZ features a wide range of innovations including fun activities, games and interactive computer consoles as well as family-friendly stewarding and refreshments and much more.
"These awards show how far we have come since we first had the idea of providing something really special that would be the best of its kind at any stadium in the country," said Mark.
"The success of the Generation Red Family Zone is the result of a real team effort from everyone at Middlesbrough Football Club.
"We're very proud of it but are determined to continue to improve and we have some exciting new ideas in store to delight our young fans next season."
Boro players visit the GRFZ every matchday to sign autographs and have photos take with the club's youngest supporters, and there are also regular appearances from cuddly mascots Roary the Lion and Bee Active.
The GRFZ has been given fantastic backing from local businesses, including principal sponsors Everyone Active and Cornerstone Business Solutions.
The seminar, held at Birmingham City's St Andrew's, also saw Boro named as one of the clubs to receive a Football League Family Excellence Award for the 2013/14 season.
Created in 2007, this award recognises outstanding experience for young fans and families as part of a scheme that won the Gold Award at the European Professional Football Leagues' Best Practice Awards earlier this season.
A total of 47 clubs from across all three divisions have been given the award, the same number as in 2013 despite a significant increase in the benchmark standard being applied by the judging panel.
More than ever this year, Football League clubs are providing families with engaging family areas and offering innovative matchday entertainment that delivers a money-can't-buy experience for young fans.
In announcing the successful clubs, Football League chief executive Shaun Harvey said: "The Football League Family Excellence Award provides clubs with a benchmark in their efforts to attract families through their gates.
"It is hugely encouraging to see so many clubs receiving the accolade, demonstrating the Football League's commitment to securing the next generation of fans."
Recipients are decided by an independent assessment using real families.
