Following the launch of the MFC Digital Account on 6 February 2018, purchases can no longer be made via the Online Ticket Office using an existing TicketMaster eTicketing account.

The MFC Digital Account is brand new and replaces all previous logins; including for the eTicketing website, the MFC Official Direct online retail store and to watch exclusive video or listen to live match commentary on

Supporters must set-up an MFC Digital Account to login to the Online Ticket Office and make purchases.

Once an MFC Digital Account is set-up, supporters with an old eTicketing account can link their old account to maintain important information such as away ticket privileges, networks and purchase history.

Within the Preferences section of your MFC Digital Account profile, supporters should opt-in to the relevant club communications to receive important information such as ticketing news, surveys and newsletters.

Please note that this line is for MFC Digital Account queries only; you will not be able to purchase tickets.

Specifically for Season Card Holders

To minimise potential issues regarding away ticket privileges and not receiving important communications, supporters should set-up an MFC Digital Account with their most up to date email address and when linking an account, it is strongly advised that if a supporter believes they have an old email address linked to their Season Card that they contact the club to update this email address linked to your Season Card.

An old email address linked to a Season Card is one of the main reasons why supporters receive the message that they do not have the correct privileges to purchase away tickets.

It should also be noted that logging in to the same account across multiple devices in an attempt to purchase away tickets can also result in the system not recognising away ticket purchase privileges.
