Opening Hours

The normal opening hours for in-person visitors to the Riverside Stadium reception, official club shop and main ticket office can be found below.

Please note that the stadium reception and Ticket Office is currently closed to visitors due to COVID-19.

The Ticket Office telephone line is open Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm on 01642 929421.

Main Reception (West Stand)

• Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm*

*excluding bank holidays

MFC Official Retail Store

Weeks with a home game (Saturday 3pm kick-off):

• Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
• Saturday, 9am - 3pm and 5pm - 6pm
• Sunday, Closed

Weeks without a home game:

• Monday to Saturday, 9am - 5pm
• Sunday, Closed

Autism Hour: Saturdays from 9.30am - 10.30am.

Please note: When there is a mid-week evening home game, the stadium store will remain open until kick-off.

Supporters can also purchase official MFC merchandise online.

Riverside Stadium Ticket Office

Please note: The day after midweek home fixtures, the Ticket Office will open from 10am.
