With the reopening of the hospitality industry and the likely return of fans to stadiums, Middlesbrough Football Club are seeking to enhance our staffing levels.  

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within our Hospitality department on matchdays and events for the following roles:

Room Manager

Candidates for this role must be aged 18+

Managing and delegating tasks to deliver quality food and beverage service in a fast-paced restaurant environment within a matchday timeline.

Candidates must have previous supervisory or managerial experience within a hospitality environment. They should be customer driven with superb attention to detail.

Bar Service Supervisor

Candidates for this role must be aged 18+

Responsible for the operational running of the bar, ensuring that staff are fulfilling their duties efficiently and effectively. Responsibility for customer billing in relation to the till and cash procedures and practical stock management.

Candidates must have previous bar supervisory experience.

Food Service Supervisor

Responsible for coordinating the section Team Leader’s and staff to ensure an efficient and effective food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment, always providing an excellent standard of customer service.

Candidates must have previous supervisory experience within a food service environment.

Hospitality Team Leader

Responsible for leading a section of staff to deliver food and beverage service, taking customer orders and conducting quality checks as required.

Candidates must be confident at leading a team and have experience working within a hospitality environment.
