Adam Jackson has joined Coventry City on a one-month loan.

The 21-year-old centre-back, who has yet to make his league debut for Boro, joins club colleague Bryn Morris in the Sky Blues squad managed by former Riverside player and manager Tony Mowbray. Morris, who captained England Under-20s last week, is at the Ricoh Arena for the full season.

Jackson, a member of Paul Jenkins' Under-21s side at Rocklife, enjoyed an impressive pre-season in which he featured in several first-team matches, including the Riverside date with Spanish La Liga side Getafe. He has represented England at junior international level.
