We're once more inviting fans to book an appointment and come to the Riverside this Friday to ensure they are ready for the government's 'Plan B' COVID-19 regulations come matchday.
Spectators over the age of 18 at events with more than 10,000 in attendance are mow required to demonstrate proof of vaccination status or a negative lateral flow test result in order to gain entry. There will no longer be a lateral flow testing site at the Riverside on matchdays, so supporters requiring a lateral flow test must make arrangements in advance of the game.
At as club we hope to make this as smooth a process as possible for our supporters, and recognise there will be some who require additional assistance in these procedures.
We will therefore be holding help sessions throughout Friday 14 January, (9am - 4.30pm) at the Riverside Stadium, for any supporter who needs assistance in setting up and accessing COVID Passes or lateral flow tests, or who has queries they would like to discuss in person.
COVID-19 safety measures will be in place, and supporters are asked to book 15-minute time slots to ensure numbers of visitors can be suitably managed.
To book, please email firstname.lastname@example.org including your name and preferred time slot.
Please bring and wear a face covering, unless medically exempt, and have your NHS number to hand as well as any digital device you wish to use. Further details will be issued to supporters as and when they book.
