Aitor Karanka's squad will be bolstered by the return of Tomas Kalas this weekend when Boro take on Charlton Athletic at the Riverside.

Kalas, who joined Boro on loan from Chelsea in the January transfer window had started in all three games since his arrival against Reading, Huddersfield and Cardiff.

The Czech international picked up an ankle injury against Cardiff last month which meant he was absent for Boro's last two games against Manchester City and Brentford, but he will be available for selection this Saturday.

Another defender who has recently returned from injury to Karanka's ranks is Spurs loanee, Ryan Fredericks.

Fredericks made his first start in over two months at Brentford last weekend after the right-back limped off with a thigh injury against Blackburn in November.

Tickets can be bought online for this weekend's game here, or you can call the Ticket Office on 0844 499 1234.

Emilio Nsue is still away on international duty with Equatorial Guinea and the wing-back will be fighting for a spot in the Africa Cup of Nations final against the Ivory Coast when his national side take on Ghana on Thursday.
