Muzzy Carayol made his international debut for Gambia on Tuesday when his side drew 1-1 in a friendly with Uganda.

Robert Ssentongo opened up the scoring for Uganda, but Omar Jagne, who came on to replace Carayol in the second-half levelled the scoring to earn a draw for the Gambian Scorpions.

Gambia will now travel to South Africa to face Bafana Bafana in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in Durban on Saturday.

Albert Adomah was also involved in international action this week and came on as a second-half substitute in Ghana's 1-0 win over Togo on Monday.

Bernard Mensah scored the only goal of the game to give the Black Stars the victory heading into this weekend's Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Mauritius. 

Emilio Nsue was set to step out for Equatorial Guinea in a friendly against Macedonia on Tuesday, but the game has been postponed. 

Equatorial Guinea's next match will be against Benin in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier.
