The Boro youngster had fired the young Lions into the lead against the Germans, and also missed a second half penalty, after his hard work won the spot-kick.
England Under-19s head coach John Peacock said he was pleased with the young striker's performance.
"Bradley Fewster put in a very good shift and he's a goalscorer but unfortunately he couldn't quite score the penalty having worked so hard to get it," said Peacock.
"It's unfortunate but we are all very pleased with his performance."
Fellow Boro youngster Bryn Morris also played the full 90 minutes of the game in Oberhausen.
