Lewis Wing has joined Yeovil Town on loan until the end of the season.
The 22-year-old has impressed in the Under-23s this season and the loan move will see him step up to gain more senior experience.
Wing, who joined Boro from Shildon last summer, made his First Team debut in August when he came on as a substitute in the Carabao Cup tie against Scunthorpe. He followed that by making his full debut at Aston Villa in the following round.
Yeovil are currently 20th in the division - seven points clear of second-bottom Barnet and the EFL's bottom club Forest Green Rovers.
