Complete our supporter survey and you'll be in with a chance of winning a £100 voucher to use at MFC Official...
MFC are committed to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within the football club, at the Riverside Stadium, and in our local community.
The RiverSideBySide campaign was launched more than two years ago, and having been awarded the Premier League Equality Intermediate Standard in July, the club continues to strive towards excellence in this area.
Completing our Equality and Diversity survey gives us vital information to help implement strategies and improve inclusivity within the club. All responses remain entirely anonymous.
The survey has been distributed to 2018/19 and 2019/20 Season Card Holders as well as those who have attended five or more matches in either season, provided the individual is aged 14 or over, has an MFC Digital Account and has opted in to receive club communications.
In line with data protection laws, the club are unable to email supporters who have not expressed their permission to do so.
A link to the survey was sent from the club via email last week, with a healthy uptake of responses, and we'd like to thank those who've already taken the time to do so.
A further opportunity to take part will in due course be sent as an email to those who are yet to respond, with the survey open until early November. If you haven't already done so, you can create an MFC Digital Account and opt in to club communications using the links below.
The survey only takes a couple of minutes to complete, and each participant will be asked for an email address to enter the prize draw for the chance of winning a £100 voucher to use in the Club Shop. This is in no way linked to your responses, which will remain completely anonymous.
Entry to the prize draw is completely voluntary and is not a requirement in order to complete the survey. Full terms and conditions are provided below the prize draw form within the survey.
For any further queries relating to the survey, please email our Supporter Services team.
