Central defender Danny Batth has joined the club on a season-long loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The 27-year-old, who made 21 appearance during Wolves’ successful promotion campaign last term, will add further competition for places at the back.
Batth brings a wealth of experience, having clocked up 289 career appearances since starting out with Colchester United in 2009. He signed for Wolves after just one season with the Us and went on to hold the unique distinction of having loan spells with both Sheffield clubs.
Batth went on to become skipper of Wolves.
