Boro's FanZone is back for the match against Norwich City as we celebrate our region with Enjoy Tees Valley.
The popular FanZone returns this Saturday at the Captain James Cook Stadium - renamed for this fixture only in honour of one of the area's most famous sons.
Positioned behind the North Stand, the FanZone will be open from 2.30pm until 5.15pm (kick-off 5.30pm) as well as after the final whistle until 8.15pm.
Pre- and post-match entertainment will be led by TFM compere Kenny, and north-east four piece Black Acid Mavericks will add to the atmosphere with live music.
Guests on stage will include BBC Tees pundit and former Boro midfielder Neil Maddison, while there will be plenty of competitions, giveaways and great prizes up for grabs.
Over at the food and drink stalls, The Greedy Goose Pizzeria will be cooking up freshly-made woodfired pizzas, you can pay a visit to the sweet trolley, and the Heineken Bar will be open for business.
A host of other activities include:
- Giant obstacle course
- Sticky darts
- Penalty shootout
- Dance mats
- Face painting with McDonalds
- Carpool karaoke with RMB Automotive
- and much more!
The Dorman Museum will be in attendance to teach us about the life and times of Captain James Cook as we rename the Riverside in honour of the legendary Marton-born explorer.
And don't forget to call in at the Club Shop for a sneak peek of the Rugby League World Cup trophy before the tournament comes to Teesside in two years' time, with a limited number of England rugby league adult (£15) and junior (£12) replica shirts on sale.
We hope to see you there!
