Over 30,000 fans descended on the Riverside on Saturday to witness the stadium's first ever big music event.
Fans came from far and wide to watch Take That deliver their greatest hits as part of their 30th anniversary tour.
80s pop icon Rick Astley provided support and the band were joined on stage by Lulu.
Many fans attending sampled the first ever Riverside Fan Village ahead of the show.
Boro's Head of Commercial Lee Fryett hailed the event as a success.
"It's the first event of this kind we have had at the Riverside and it really has been fantastic," he said.
"A lot of people have worked very hard in bringing this concert here and in ensuring everything went smoothly, and we can't thank those people enough.
"After the Big Weekend, this was another great event for this area. It's great for the profile of the region, fantastic for the economy, but most of all it's terrific for the people who came along and enjoyed themselves."
