Boro youngster Harry Chapman has joined Blackburn on loan.
The 19-year-old has joined the former Boro management team of Tony Mowbray and Mark Venus at Ewood Park and has signed an agreement that will keep him there for the remainder of the season.
Chapman helped Sheffield United win promotion from League One last season and with Rovers about to embark on their first campaign in the third tier in 37 years, he'll be hoping to repeat the feat.
In a previous loan spell with Barnsley, the Hartlepool-born attacking midfielder was part of the squad that won the FA Trophy and a Play-Off final at Wembley.
In the summer, along with Dael Fry, he was part of the England squad that won the U20 World Cup, appearing in two games.
