Mental Health Awareness Week is a timely reminder of the stresses and strains that life can have.

In these uncertain times, it is as vital as ever to allow a moment to reflect on our mental and emotional wellbeing.

Reaching out and communicating is a big part in overcoming any obstacles we face, and it is here that MFC hope to help.

While it may not be their primary role, several of our safeguarding staff have received mental health training and can offer support, advice and guidance - whether that is signposting to one of the many fantastic organisations we work with or simply having a friendly chat.

We have also been working closely with the club’s charity MFC Foundation to deliver parcels of food and essentials to those in need in the community.

If you need support in any way, please click here to get in touch. Please include your name and contact information.
