The attendance at the game against Stoke City on August 13 was in excess of 32,000 with many supporters arriving after 2pm, resulting in a high demand for drinks and food from the kiosks and bars on the concourses. 

A combination of new processes and a number of technical issues with the new Electronic Point of Sale system resulted in a slower rate of service than was expected. The club would like to apologise to supporters for any inconvenience. 

Upon investigation of the technical issues it has been found that a small number of Season Card holders possess an older version of the card. This card will allow entry into the turnstiles but will not process the free drink voucher. 

Therefore, if your current season card looks like the below photos could you please contact the Ticket Office, either in person at the Main West Stand Tickets Office or by calling 01642 757715 or 01642 757716 between the hours of 9:30 am - 17:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

Alternatively, please email including a contact number and your Boro ID, to arrange for your Season Card to be swapped for an updated version, which will allow you to redeem your free drink. Please note the Ticket Office will be closed on Bank Holiday Monday 29 August 2016.
