Boro's international players will head off to join their countries after Saturday's trip to West Bromwich Albion.

Paddy McNair will link up with Northern Ireland for their final two group games against Lithuania and Italy in Belfast. The Northern Irish can't qualify for next year's World Cup, but their game against Italy could prove decisive in who wins the group.

Slovenia have also missed out on qualifying, and they play Slovakia in a game that could well decide who finishes third in the group, behind Croatia and Russia. Their final game is against Cyprus on Sunday 14 November.

In contrast, James Lea Siliki and Cameroon do have their eyes on a place at the World Cup and after playing Malawi in South Africa they take on Ivory Coast on Monday 16 November in what is likely to be a winner-takes-all clash to decide the group.

Elsewhere, Max Metcalfe has been selected for Scotland Under-19s and faces three games while Calum Kavanagh is on standby for the Republic of Ireland U19s.
