A number of leading Tees Valley businesses have taken steps to ensure more people can enjoy Saturday’s game against Norwich City (5.30pm) where we are celebrating everything great about our region.
Principal Partners 32Red, Club Partners Cornerstone Business Solutions and Lexus Teesside, and corporate members Scott Bros have gifted a number of match tickets to be distributed to worthwhile causes via our official charitable arm MFC Foundation.
Through the Foundation, tickets will be given to local community groups, schools, junior football teams and other worthwhile causes to give everyone the chance to attend our Enjoy Tees Valley fixture. The club has also contributed to the tally by donating tickets.
Saturday’s game, in association with Enjoy Tees Valley, is a celebration of our region.
In recent months, we’ve been able to toast the news that Take That will become the Riverside’s first major concert, BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend is set to hit Boro with some of the biggest names in the music business, and the Rugby League World Cup, Jess Glynne, and the Great North City Games are all coming to our area.
The stadium will be decked out in red and white, there will be 25,000 flags and local band Cattle and Cane will be playing their Teesside-inspired song Infant Hercules on the pitch ahead of the game.
If your business is interested in getting involved by gifting tickets to good causes, please contact the Ticket Office on 01642 929421 (minimum donation of 20 tickets).
