Lewis Wing has been nominated for Player of the Month in the Premier League 2.
The midfielder scored in all three of Boro's PL2 matches in the month of October, against Reading, Brighton and Wolves.
Wing, 22, joined Boro from non-league outfit Shildon in the summer, and has appeared twice for our senior side in the Carabao Cup.
It is the second time a Boro player has been nominated for the award this season, after Marcus Tavernier was shortlisted in August.
