Here’s how Boro fans can watch our games this season via Matchday LIVE…
Season Card Holders And Pledge To Renew
Season Card holders who have renewed for the 2020/21 season will be given free access to watch all Boro home league fixtures which they are not permitted to attend due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, be that because a match is entirely behind closed doors or because that supporter is unsuccessful in the upcoming ‘Pledge To Renew’ ballot of remaining seats and has not opted to receive a refund*.
All Season Card holders will also be able to watch midweek away fixtures for free via our streaming service. For the avoidance of doubt, Friday’s match at Watford is classed as a weekend fixture and free video streaming is not available.
As was the case at the end of last season, our Season Card holders will validate their free MFC Digital Account at our Matchday LIVE streaming website using voucher codes. The voucher codes, along with more information on how to redeem and watch, will be distributed in due course.
*Supporters who are unsuccessful in the ‘Pledge To Renew’ ballot and subsequently opt for a refund on their Season Card renewal (as opposed to remaining in contention for future ballots) also waive their rights to free streaming access.
Non-Season Card Supporters In The UK
UK-based supporters who are not Season Card holders can purchase video (£10) or audio-only (£3) passes for league and Carabao Cup fixtures on a match-by-match basis. The video pricing is set by the EFL and is standardised across all clubs.
Video passes will not be available where a game has been selected for Sky Sports coverage, though the audio-only commentary from BBC Tees Sport will still be available.
In line with the agreement between the EFL and broadcasters, there will be no domestic seasonal subscription package for live video.
Audio-only seasonal subscriptions are available, priced at £45. This also includes Carabao Cup and FA Cup fixtures.
Overseas supporters can once more purchase a seasonal pass to watch or listen to all eligible Boro league matches, home and away.
The audio-only seasonal pass is the same as that for domestic fans - priced at £45 and including Carabao Cup and FA Cup fixtures - and is already on sale.
The overseas video pass covers league fixtures only, and as with previous seasons excludes fixtures selected for Sky Sports or by the EFL’s international broadcast partners.
There will also be an option for overseas fans to buy on a match-by-match basis.
Overseas supporters can purchase a seasonal video subscription for £140. A match pass is priced at £7. These are available at live.mfc.co.uk
