In League One, Marcus Browne helped Oxford United breathe life into their promotion hunt with a 1-0 success away to Ipswich Town. 

Matt Taylor grabbed the decisive goal just before the interval, while Kayden Jackson was sent off for Ipswich in second half stoppage time. The Us are now just three points off the Play-Off positions. 

Marc Bola was left on the bench for Blackpool in their stalemate at AFC Wimbledon. Ben Liddle was also an unused substitute for Scunthorpe United as they defeated Forest Green Rovers.

Brad James started for Gateshead, while Mitch Curry came off the bench, as the Heed scored twice in five minutes to rescue a point at Guiseley. 

Andrai Jones and Aaron Martin gave the home side the lead, however Greg Olley and Jake Cooper scored the goals for Gateshead to earn a point as they dropped out of the Play-Off places at the weekend. 

Elsewhere in National League North, Zach Hemming was between the posts for Blyth Spartans, who were beaten on their travels at Farsley Celtic. 

North of the border, Connor Malley made his first senior start for Ayr United, however their game away to Arbroath was abandoned at half-time due to high winds. The score was 1-1 when the referee called the game off. 

Sam Stubbs was at the back for ADO Den Haag's 2-2 draw away to Sc Heerenveen, and Enes Mahmutovic started for MVV Maastricht who were beaten 2-1 at Telstar.
