Boro's win against Luton Town on Wednesday evening was our 300th at the Riverside Stadium.

Back in August we marked 25 years since our move to the Riverside, and the anniversary of the first match it staged against Chelsea.

And it is fitting that Luton would be in town as the club racked up a triple-century of wins at our beloved home, having also been the opposition for our Ayresome Park swansong back in 1995.

Neil Warnock's side have made a fortress of the Riverside recently, with nine wins there already this season and just one narrow defeat to league leaders Norwich City.

The impressive second-half showing to battle past Luton is a fourth on the spin on home soil since losing to the Canaries, with nine goals scored and just one conceded.

Boro now have an away trip to Birmingham City before coming back home for Rotherham United on Boxing Day.
