Important info ahead of our Saturday's game against Reading (3pm)...

With COVID-19 certification requirements on entry the Riverside, we're urging supporters to please arrive early and allow plenty of time. The turnstiles open at 1.30pm.

Fans can also remain in their seats after the final whistle to allow the congestion to ease on exiting the stadium.

Plan B Protocols And COVID Certification

Be Prepared, Be Early, Be Safe.

We’re urging all fans who are planning to attend Saturday's game to be best prepared for COVID certification requirements.

Supporters aged 18 and over will be required to provide evidence of COVID status, through either vaccination or a negative lateral flow test result.

Vaccination eligibility is based on having received two doses (not necessarily a booster at this time) with the second at least 14 days before the game. The easiest way to provide proof of vaccination is by using the NHS COVID Pass.

Alternatively, negative lateral flow test result will be permissible. The lateral flow test must be taken within up to 48 hours of kick-off, ideally 12 hours before entry, and the result registered with the NHS - the text message or email confirmation received in return must be presented on entry to the stadium as evidence.

There will be no lateral flow tests available at the stadium on the day of the game. If required, you must make arrangements to test in advance.

If the test returns a positive result, or you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms then you must NOT attend the fixture and follow the correct procedures as advised by the NHS.

More information can be found here.

Face Coverings

Supporters over the age of 11 are now required to wear face coverings in indoor settings at the Riverside, including the stadium concourse and hospitality areas, unless medically exempt.

Player Arrivals

For the safety of everyone, we're asking supporters not to request photographs and autographs from players and coaching staff on their arrival and exit before and after the match. Thank you for your support in this.
