Roads And Travel Advice
On Monday afternoon, a large fire broke out in a scrapyard near Middlesbrough College, a short distance from the Riverside Stadium across the Middlehaven Dock.
Emergency services were called to the scene, with several road closures in effect including the new Priestman Bridge linking the area to the stadium.
We have been advised that closures have now been lifted, with roads and car parks in operation as usual for this evening's game.
Supporters are advised to take extra care on the roads today, with heavy rain and winds overnight and this morning making for difficult driving conditions in some areas.
Bucket Collection For Talk Today
There will be a bucket collection at tonight's game for Talk Today, who are working in association with MFC and MFC Foundation to help raise awareness for mental health on Teesside.
The players will be wearing special warm-up t-shirts tonight in support of Talk Today.
Head to the FanZone, sponsored by Heineken, for a pre-match drink from 5.30pm - 7.30pm, and after the final whistle.
Scott Makin from BBC Tees is our compere for the evening.
There will be a variety of drinks and the Greedy Goose Pizzeria, who will be serving freshly made authentic wood fired pizzas, and a candy cart for sweet treats.
We will have some signed Boro items, a quiz and other giveaways for our supporters.
Former Boro man Neil Maddison will give his thoughts on the game before kick-off in our FanZone at 6.30pm, while John Hendrie will give his post-match analysis at 10pm.
Turnstiles to the Generation Red Family Zone open at 6.30pm.
