Advantex have implemented a new Mitel 250 system, instantly increasing the reliability and efficiency of the telephone system, particularly during peak times.

Advantex also installed a new call manager system, allowing the main customer contact numbers to be managed via a cloud before hitting the phone system. This will allow the club to utilise phone lines better during periods of high volume.
