Award-winning and a leading name worldwide in the sports ticketing industry, SeatGeek’s technology will be implemented across Boro’s ticket operations to create a smarter, more streamlined supporter experience, both online and in the Ticket Office at the Riverside Stadium.

From mobile-friendly integration to seamless navigation as part of our official website, www.mfc.co.uk, the new SeatGeek platform will be in place ahead of the start of the new season.  

The club has responded to calls from supporters requesting a ticket service with increased clarity and flexibility. With SeatGeek on board as ticketing provider, the club will also act on fan feedback with the launch of a new priority scheme. 

Existing user data and MFC Digital Accounts will automatically be transferred over to the new system, with no need to re-register*.

SeatGeek currently work with several Premier League clubs including Manchester City, Leicester City and Brighton and Hove Albion, as well as the likes of West Bromwich Albion, Derby County and Bristol City in the Championship.

Ticket Office Closures 

There will be temporary closures to the Ticket Office both online and at the Riverside to implement the changeover to SeatGeek.

Please take note of the following opening times:

Thursday July 11: Open 9am - 5pm

Friday July 12**: Closed

Saturday July 13**: Closed

Sunday July 14**: Closed

Monday July 15**: Closed 

**Supporters who wish to purchase a Season Card in this period can email ticket@mfc.co.uk and be added to a reservation list. Staff will be in contact when the Ticket Office reopens to complete the purchase.

The Ticket Office will reopen from 10am-5pm on Tuesday July 16.

Sales of tickets for our friendly fixture against Saint Etienne at the Riverside Stadium on Sunday July 28 (kick-off 3pm) will begin once the Ticket Office reopens and the new system is in place.

Tickets for our first match of the season, away at Luton Town on Friday August 2, are scheduled to go on sale on Monday July 22, with home matches against Brentford and Crewe Alexandra available later in the same week.

Further information on timings and prices for these fixtures as well as info on the priority scheme will be announced in due course. 

*All MFC Digital accounts will be migrated and no action required.
