Two goals in four second half minutes put paid to Boro hopes of a win at Burnley.

Two Tyrone O'Neill goals had put Graeme Lee's side on course for victory at Curzon Ashton before a trialist for the home side turned the scoreline around with two headers.

Burnley had started the better of the two sides, and Zach Hemming made some good early saves to deny the hosts. The Boro keeper even made a good initial save to deny Lewis Richardson's first attempt at the opener, but the Burnley man was able to follow up and convert.

It took Boro 25 minutes to really get going, but the scores were level when Joe Gibson released Harry Green and his cross was met by the head of O'Neill.

And it was 2-1 before half-time when Gibson was again involved, releasing Isaac Fletcher, and O'Neill converted his cross from close range.

The home side had a couple of opportunities after the break, but Boro appeared to be heading for victory until the double late strike by Burnley's trials front-man.
