Fast Jet Navigator and testicular cancer survivor Alun Pepper paid a visit to Rockliffe on Tuesday to deliver a talk to the Boro first team squad to raise awareness for testicular cancer.
Alun, who joined the RAF in 1995, discovered he had testicular cancer 13 years ago, and has since been given the all-clear following surgery.
As well as delivering talks in schools around the country, Alun has been raising awareness about testicular cancer on national TV on This Morning and at other football clubs including former Premier League champions Leicester City.
Alun, a Flight Commander at RAF College Cranwell teaching leadership to the next generation of RAF Officers, spoke to members of the first team squad at Rockliffe to raise awareness about testicular cancer.
