We’re celebrating all that’s great about the Tees Valley at our game against Norwich City on Saturday March 30 (5.30pm) - and we want you to join in.
In partnership with Enjoy Tees Valley, we’re planning to showcase why we’re so proud of our region at what will be a huge game in the Sky Bet Championship promotion race.
To mark the occasion we will be renaming the stadium, for one day only, in honour of Teesside’s most famous son, Captain James Cook and the final naming choice is yours.
Renowned explorer Captain James Cook was born in Marton and was the first European to chart the coasts of Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands, including Hawaii.
We have selected four iconic names, and are asking you to vote for your favourite.
