Boro defender Tomas Kalas has been called up to represent the Czech Republic for their Euro 2016 Qualifiers against Kazakhstan and Latvia.
Kalas has previously won one cap for the Czech senior team, making his debut in an international friendly against Slovakia in 2012.
The Chelsea loanee has been a regular for the Czech under-21s and was in the squad when the country hosted the European Under-21 Championships earlier this summer.
His fine form for Aitor Karanka at Boro hasn't gone unnoticed, though, and now the defender is set to step out for his nation's first team again.
Dael Fry has also been named in Aidy Boothroyd's England under-19 squad to face Germany and Croatia next month.
Boothroyd's Young Lions are heading overseas for the double-header in preparation for the Euro Qualifiers which kick-off in October.
Meanwhile, Lewis Maloney has been placed on standby for the Northern Ireland under-21s squad for their Euro Qualifiers against Scotland and Iceland.
