On Birmingham City

"I'm not concerned about what Birmingham do, I'm more concerned about what we do. They've been on a good run and they've got some good players. It will be a tough game there, it's always a tough place to go to with the supporters. We need to play like we did at Derby."

On Boro's Away Form

"I think the away form, apart from a few games, has been very good. We need to put in a similar performance to what we did at Derby, where I thought we were unlucky not to get three points."

On The Transfer Market

"We've got targets, we know what we want. We've got a list of players we're trying to get and we need to make sure those deals are right for the team. Most deals are down in the backend of the window, nobody wants to show their cards early. It's very difficult to get your targets done early in the transfer window. But we've got our targets."
