It's a red letter day as Boro fans return to the Riverside on Saturday, and we're echoing a call for supporters to wear red, make their voices heard and enjoy a true celebration.
After more than 500 days without a restricted attendance, the Riverside is ready to open its doors once more, with Boro manager Neil Warnock eager to meet the home support for the first time.
And fans are being urged to make a 'sea of red', complete with red shirts, scarves and flags, and create a special atmosphere befitting the occasion.
The call has come from supporter group Red Faction, who will also be welcoming the return of matchdays with a display in the south stand.
Bristol City are Boro's opponents, with Neil Warnock's side looking to build upon a good point picked up on the opening day at Fulham last weekend.
