Ronnie Jepson is another of Neil Warnock's trusted lieutenants, and joined the Boro boss' coaching set-up upon his arrival on Teesside in June 2020.

A prolific striker in his playing days, Jepson's career included 36 goals in a century of starts for Huddersfield Town during Warnock’s tenure as manager of the club.

Jepson, who had stints in charge of Gillingham and Bury, first worked on Warnock’s staff at Crystal Palace before joining him for spells at QPR, Leeds, Rotherham, and Cardiff City.

His last role before joining Boro was with Northampton Town, helping the club to promotion from League Two via the play-offs.
