MatchdayLIVE is our 2019/20 streaming service. This includes Live Video which is four camera coverage with score and clock graphics along with replays for eligible Championship games, it will also integrate the BBC Tees commentary over the top of the video feed. MatchdayLIVE also offers Live Audio as an individual service which is the BBC Tees commentary, available for all games throughout the 2019/20 Season.
No. If you purchased any subscription for the 2018/19 Season, this will not continue into the 2019/20 Season. You will have to purchase a new MatchdayLIVE subscription if you wish to continue the service. Any MatchdayLIVE subscription bought will NOT renew into the 2020/21 Season.

For our overseas supporters we will stream eligible Home and Away games for the 2019-20 Sky Bet Championship. We cannot stream Cup games and games chosen for Sky Sports and/or International Broadcast due to EFL Regulations
Live Audio will be available for every game throughout the 2019-20 Season.
Fans in the UK and Ireland will be able to tune into games which don’t take place within the blocked hours 14:45-17:15 on a Saturday afternoon, or on a Bank Holiday, and are not chosen for live coverage by the EFL’s broadcast partners.

For fixtures that are selected for live coverage by Sky Sports, MFC are unable to stream these due to EFL Regulations.
We are unable to stream FA Cup and Carabao Cup matches due to EFL Regulations.
Yes. However, fans should note that on handheld devices (phones and tablets) our live streaming service will only be available via the Official MFC App on both Android and Apple, as per EFL regulations. Download the MFC Official App. You can find information on how to stream via the Official MFC App.
Unfortunately the games won’t be available on demand. A replay of the full 90 minutes will be made available on mfc.co.uk after the relevant EFL regulated holdback period, which is generally 12 noon (UK time) the day after the fixture.

This might occur on a mobile if you are using a UK SIM Card. Alternatively you would not be able to purchase MatchdayLIVE Video subscriptions if you are using a device in which the VPN is set to UK location (for online banking an as example) .

If you are having issues with the Official MFC App, please make sure you have the latest version of the Official MFC App and it is up to date. If you are still having problems it will show a button saying 'Still having problems? Contact us' within an FAQ, once clicked it will re-direct you to sending an email to the relevant support.
You will require a WIFI or broadband internet connection (DSL/cable or higher) with a minimum download speed of at least 1.2mbps with latency not exceeding 100ms for SD and 4mbps with latency not exceeding 50ms for HD (mobile data may not be supported).
