Create Account:

  1. Create an MFC Digital Account by visiting; even if you have a pre-existing account for, eTicketing and/or MFC Official Direct.

  2. Register with your name, up to date email address and the password of your choice.
    Tick the reCAPTCHA box to confirm you are not a robot and click ‘CONTINUE’.

  3. An automated email will be sent to the email address you used to create an account in step 2 above (it may take a few minutes to arrive, please also check your junk inbox).


  4. View the automated email within your email provider and click on the ‘Click here to activate your account’ link. (You may need to check your Spam/Junk folder.)

  5. Upon clicking the link to activate your account, you will be redirected back to the LOGIN/SIGNUP page to confirm that a new MFC Digital Account has been created for you. At this point, you should login by inputting your email address and password, tick the reCAPTCHA box to confirm you are not a robot and click ‘LOGIN’.

Update Profile:

  1. Login to your MFC Digital Account at using the email address and password you used when you created the account, tick the reCAPTCHA box to confirm you are not a robot and click ‘LOGIN’.

  2. Upon first login, you will be asked to set your preferences on how MFC can communicate with you, including club information such as surveys, ticketing information and newsletters, as well as 3rd party partner information such as competitions, discounts and promotions (you can update your preferences at any time from your PROFILE page).

  3. After completing your Preferences and on subsequent logins, you will be taken directly to your main PROFILE page where you can edit personal details, update preferences and link your existing eTicketing/retail account.

Link Accounts:

  1. Click on the ‘Link Account Number’ button at the top of your PROFILE page.


  2. This page will show you the Boro ID (if you are a Season Card holder) or Boro Reference (if you are a non-Season Card holder with an eTicketing or MFC Official Direct account) associated to the email address used to create your MFC Digital Account*.

  3. Enter your relevant Boro ID/Boro Reference in the box provided and click the ‘LINK ACCOUNT’ button*.

*If you think the Boro ID or Boro Reference returned by the system is incorrect or it returns multiple numbers and you are unsure which is your correct one, DO NOT LINK AN ACCOUNT. If this occurs, please email or phone our MFC Digital Account helpline on 01642 757711 which is staffed during office opening hours. Please note that this line is for MFC Digital Account queries only; you will not be able to purchase tickets.

Link MFC Digital Account To MIddlesbrough FC Official App

  1. Please ensure that your app is up-to-date by visiting your device app store.

  2. If you haven’t already, create an MFC Digital Account by following the simple process as detailed in Create Account above.

  3. To have full access to all the app’s features in the latest update, you will need to unlink any old account you have previously linked. From the menu, go to ‘Settings’ and select ‘Link Accounts’ (‘Accounts’ on Android).

  4. If your ‘MFC Digital Account’ (‘Media’ on Android) section is green (lit and ticked on Android), please untoggled (unlink) the account.

  5. Confirm that you wish to unlink the account.

  6. Tap on ‘MFC Digital Account’ (‘Media’ on Android) again and login with your new MFC Digital Account credentials (email and password).

  7. You will now be able to access video features on the app. If you have an active live audio subscription on your MFC Digital Account you will also be able to listen to live match commentary via the app.
