Profile

Joined the club during the summer of 2017 after impressing with Northern League side Shildon.

Prolific, Lewis scored over 30 goals for Shildon during the 2016/17 campaign, bettering his efforts from the previous term when he was named the Northern League Young Player of the Year runner-up after scoring 22 goals to help the club win a first Northern League title in 70 years.

Just four days after scoring a spectacular goal for our U23s in a 4-0 win at home to Norwich, attacking-midfielder Lewis made his first team debut when an 80th-minute substitute for Grant Leadbitter in a 3-0 win over Scunthorpe United in a second round Carabao Cup tie at the Riverside on August 22 2017.

Joined Yeovil (League Two) on loan in January 2018 making 22 appearances for The Glovers, scoring three goals.

Cementing his place in the first team picture, Lewis made 34 appearances in the 2018/19 campaign and was awarded Goal of the Season for his strike against Premier League Crystal Palace, the only goal of a League Cup tie in November.
